    Kruzer vs Anfibio

    I liked the Anfibio Multi better than the Multi-Kruzer. More features and setting adjustments. Found I liked both better with the 7" concentric coil. The Simplex with the 8.5 or 9.5x5" DD coils make the Simplex a much better handling detector. If your looking for depth the 8.5" is the way to go...

    Apex problem right out of the gate.

    George, the box was opened because they heard a noise inside. The chipmunk that jumped out, dashed away taking the flap with it. Then past it off to the grey squirrel who hauled off..... Guess chippies have trouble reading, it thought it was in heaven when it read Acorns on the detectors...

    Pretty good detector. Through the years the circuit board morphed into the present day Scorpion. Good circuit design that really didn't change. Talk about repackaging......... The circuit was also copied by DTex, Gold Mountain.......... Google treasurelinx for all the old catalogs.....

    Read someplace that field testers had to return the prototypes for some software changes. That's why there are field testers, to look for glitches and recommend changes and or improvements, before a detectors is put into consumer production.
