    3rd day this year, 10 minutes in, found my first diamond ring!

    I'm a newbie, and I'm not sure how often this type of thing happens... But today I went out for my third day of metal detecting this year, and about 10 minutes in I hit my first diamond ring! I'm using a White's Prism V with a 950 coil, and it was about 4-5" down, on the sidelines of the town...
