    I'm stumped....

    This was 7" down in the middle of a back yard. I live in Iowa and this has the word Iowa and an outline off the state in the center. It's lead because it isn't magnetic. I thought it was a wrench of some kind, but the circle is smooth. Any ideas?

    Found around an Iowa Farmhouse built in 1926
