    coil was good for a few months at least. when i got it back i tried it a couple times before it snowed and worked well but never got enough time on it. Then i bought a fat bike and had a great time in the show.

    best 9v battery fit

    I am tired of thick batteries that almost break my battery door. Anyone know of a thinner one? Have two tesoro's and both are a pain to get 9 volts in.

    why would you pick the 600?

    If your main interest is silver wouldn't the 600 be a good choice for yards, parks and overgrown area's? It still has 20 & 40 kHz in multi-IQ according to this statement below the frequency graph on their site. "20 kHz and 40 kHz are not available as single operating frequencies in EQUINOX...

    shell fragment i think

    I found this while working on R.I.A. on the Mississippi. They had a ammo testing range but not sure when it was shut down i guess somewhere between 1910-1940. Fragment or scrap? Inside seems cast iron and out side is softer but still magnetic. It's 2 1\2" long x 1" high.
