Is a Deus a good Car trunk Metal Detector?

The Deus is under something like 28 inches when you slide it together. I also remove the lower shaft. It all slides back together and opens up it seconds. You should watch the video Gary Blackwell has that shows you how portable the Deus is.

Is a Deus a good Car trunk Metal Detector?

Yeah I keep mine in a duffle bag in the back of my van where it's always shaded plus I keep the windows down a couple of inches. I still will take it out on the hot days like it will be the next days here in Pa.

where is the new deus multi ??

I have the Nox and the Deus. My Deus is definitely deeper in my ground. The Nox is a great machine but I can also say the Anfibio multi is also much deeper in my ground.

Is a Deus a good Car trunk Metal Detector?

That's a very nice chart. I always have my windows down to where the bottom edge of the window vent is. I have those plastic things that allow you to have the window down a couple of inches even when it pours. Thanks for posting the chart!

    Luvin my Deteknix headphones!

I agree a very bad hearing loss will make you wonder what your missing. These headphones are very comfortable and have round earpads. When I used the backphones I had my volume at 5. With these I am at 3. They really are that good.

    Luvin my Deteknix headphones!

I seen that too on Amazon.

    Luvin my Deteknix headphones!

I honestly dont know that. I see alot of the Quest brand and they look the same but I am not sure. The funny thing about you question is I have a pair of the Quest. I bought them for my Nox. They sell a bluetooth set that's supposed to be low latency but if they are LL they aren't good enough...

    Deus remote cover?

Get the 1/4" size buttons. Nothing bigger will work.

    Luvin my Deteknix headphones!

I got a set of these recently for my WS4 to slide into. I have tried so many of the different aftermarket ones and always go back to the WS4 backphones. My hearing is bad, that's kinda an understatement. My hearing very bad. Well now that I have been using these, I never realized the different...

XP Deus is Killer on Silver

I use the 11" X-35 most of the time. I have a GO TO program based off the HOT program in 5 tones for coins. I may gradually change it as I hunt depending on the site. Probably the biggest thing I have learned about the Deus is pick a base program and the tones you like and stick with it. Slowly...

    Deus remote cover?

I use the Deanos. The glare can be terrible but the cost to replace the remote is more than I want. I think you can buy a new body for it but they too are expensive. I use the little plastic buttons stuck onto to the Deus buttons. They make it very easy to push the buttons.

Lowering prices, I have no use for these items. I will lower each coil and lower rod combo by $15 The Wander will go down to $70 The battery pod will go down to $30 All the items work just as they should. The coils and Wander are less that a year old. I will ship all items USPS and would...

XP Deus is Killer on Silver

Sweet find! I too have seen the impressive depth of the Deus with LF and X-35 coils. The Deus is a lightweight beast!

    Funny story!! Well kinda??

The 2 part epoxy and make sure it says it will work on plastic. Don't use something like super glue. That stuff weakens when it gets wet.

    Funny story!! Well kinda??

The 11. The only one I have. I think it will be fine with the aftermarket stiffener epoxied in place.

    Funny story!! Well kinda??

I have been seeing many talk about how the coils ears break so I ordered a ear stiffener for good measure. You know just to protect mine from breaking. So I take my bolt out and guess what? My one ear is already broke! My coil is out of warranty so I am prepping it to go ahead and epoxy this...

should I have bought an x35 coil instead of the 9 inch round hf.

I have had all the X35 and legacy (LF) coils but I never owned the HF coil. I am mostly a coin hunter too. I think the HF is a great coil if you like to relic hunt more than coin hunt. In my opinion if your coin hunting you need to be in 8KHZ most of the time and turn off ID norm. 8KHZ doesn't...

    WS5 VS WS4

Thank you James. I remember back when the Deus first came out I thought I seen a video where someone dropped the WS4 in a cup of water to test them. I would never want to go to that extreme but it's nice to know I can hunt in the rain if i wanted to.

    WS5 VS WS4

I see you mention the Detectnix, that's one model I never tried and believe me in the past I bought at least 4 other models. I always ended up using the WS4 for the simplicity and the quality of sound.
