    Silver, wheats and more

    I decided to spend my day testing out the new D2 coil from White's. First thing I dug was the bus token. I thought it was just a copper disk, but decided to keep it in the "good" pouch. When I got home I was happy to see it was a token. The next few digs were these silver dimes and wheats...

    White's D2 coil

    Here's a pic of the new D2 coil compared to the 8" Excelerator, Eclipse 950 and DD 1400. I don't see why anyone would want to use the 950 if the D2 is deeper and just as light with a bigger sweep area.

    Been awhile since I posted, but here's some finds - lots of pics, slow load time

    I haven't posted here in quite some time. Been busy with other things. However, for those of you who remember me, I'm doing well and I'm still detecting. Here's some of my finds from the past year. All found with the MXT and M6 using several different coils.

    Found 1912 D Barber dime

    Took a day off work and went hunting with the DFX. I found my first Barber dime, a 1912 D. Great thing about this new site is that I found no aluminum trash or any coins newer than 1944.
