    Make sure the coil cable is tighten and not loose.Also try put the coil over the coin right in the middle of the coil,see if this works for you.Another thing you might try is going from the 15" coil to the 11" and try all these things first and see if this helps you..

    on ebay I bought a Super Fast QC3.0 Wall USB charger/ 4USB slots for the minilab equinox 800. Has any of you out hear ever used one of these. I need to know do you put the 800 charging cable in the top 3 areas or the red area if only charging the batteries. Can you please help me. Thank You..

    Can any body tel me what the length is from the arm rest to the coil. I am 6' 6" tall I believe I am going to have to buy a carbon fiber lower rod to replace the minilab rod so it does not wobble on me.Thank you for your help..
