    Been hitting "quarter field".

You probably mentioned in one of your previous posts regarding that field, but what kind of a spot is it? That's a staggering number of quarters from one spot...and it appears to still be going strong. That's an outstanding job and quarter haul. HH jim tn

    Nice clad hunt today..

An item or two of silver and the occasional piece of gold was quite common back then and the easy pickings coins were a bonus. HH jim tn

    Nice clad hunt today..

I used to have a early Sun morning "milk run" alternating spots hitting high traffic areas and tot lots. Don't do it anymore as most places aren't being replenished. 2 rolls of quarters on a outing is pretty darn good. WTG! HH jim tn

Del, I've had 3 sharpshooters over the years, 2 for F T detectors, and they all were very good coils. Nice depth and very good target separation. Never owned a F 19, however. HH jim tn

81 here today, last day of Indian Summer.

Good on the buckles. Their always a fun find. Yeah, frost here, too, the next couple of mornings and also getting a bit of much needed rain. Typically, good woods hunting here begins in Dec. HH jim tn

    Local morning hunt

You beat my yesterday morning outing by $3.31. I re-worked a small area for 2 hours that the day before had yielded 2 Barber dimes. WTG on the nice pile of clad. HH jim tn
