What happened to the Vista X Faceplate & Knobs?

I sure do not see a beep and dig as going backwards at all, as I stated in a post a while back on a different thread honestly I feel like I have taken 10 steps forward, by switching to what most would consider as going backwards, for me personally its about having fun and with the so called top...

    Finally got my X

I think the Vista X is going to surprise you just how good of a beep and dig the X is, one suggestion I have is do not over drive the gain on the X, as in do not run it at max gain, the Vista X does not require that you run full gain, to locate targets that other detectors have missed. Good...

What happened to the Vista X Faceplate & Knobs?

Honestly for me personally i feel I am digging way less trash than I was with the metered detectors, Cell phones on a stick, I have not dug a nail, screw, or bottle cap, since switching over to these beep and digs, once you figure out what a bottle cap sounds like, you will not dig many if any...

What happened to the Vista X Faceplate & Knobs?

Sorry but white out would not have helped my Vista X the Labels for each potentiometer was completely covered by the base of each knob, the only way that could be fixed on my Vista X was too find knobs with smaller bases on the knobs which is what I did.

Brother the ground I detect is pretty mineralized, I am sure there will be areas that these detectors I am currently using will struggle on but rite now for the areas I am detecting they are running great, they are seeing through the Magnetite and other minerals that my other detectors have been...

    Scammer alert!

There are way to many scammers going on on Facebook, when I am dealing with someone I always ask for a phone number so I can talk to them on the phone a few times before I finally make a deal with someone, if someone is unwilling to give me their phone number then that right there raises a big...

I dug a hot wheels car about two weeks ago at 18 inches with the 9.5 coil mounted on the GM7 that was before I received the 13x11 coil for the GM7

Thats a good question, with the 9.5 inch coil on the GM7 it was not giving any TIDs on targets over 13-14 inches so I thought ok its no different from other detectors it just cannot give you a Target ID at depth, but it was still giving a great non ferrous tone, it was not until I put the 13x11...

The Vaquero with the stock 9x8 concentric coil I can super tune it and hit a dime in my test bed which has been in the ground for over 2 years the Vaquero will hit my 13-14 inch deep dimes and nickels solidly the GM7 with a 9.5 inch DD will hit those same dimes and nickels at over 18 inches deep...

@JCR TX If i were to post a video of the Golden Mask 7 with the 13x11 coil mounted showing the depth that the GM7 will hit a target and call that target Non Ferrous and show how stable the target ID is on that GM7 no one and I repeat no one would believe the Video, they would say I was lieing...

I do understand what you are wanting, and in describing these newer what I call analog detectors it is very hard to convey exactly what they are because like you I do believe there is some digital things going on with these newer what II call Analog detectors For me personally when I refer to a...

I can attach some other videos, that a user in the UK ( Paul Warren) has done and it would open some eyes on these analog detectors, they show that the SMF detectors come no where close to performing as compared to these Analog detector and do not take me wrong I am in no way saying that the...

That would be a great detector in my opinion A SMF Deep Tech Vista X, the closest detector to that currently is the Golden Mask 7 which is a selectable single frequency detector that runs 4,14,24, and 44 KHz i currently own a GM 7, Vista X and a Golden mask 4 WD, the 4 WD is also a selectable...
