    Yes they are. The Coiltek ears are also longer front to back. No one knows yet how they will hold up. I am taking that bet.

    Nice work Calabash! Closest I came was finding a shard of ‘black glass’ that looks dark purple when you hold it up to light. Like a welders helmet lens. Anyway, way to go Cal! Learned a lot from your posts and videos. Regards

    Anyone using a Coiltek coil on their CTX? Would like to know your opinion

    Can’t help personally but a well known Florida dealer I spoke to this morning felt like the NOX coiltek would be equal to or more sensitive than the stock coil. But nobody has these yet except the testors. YMMV but I pre-ordered the 15 today.

    My NOX depth meter never was accurate since day 1 unless one bar but then I can tell by the double tone signal it is shallow.

    Yes, they are extremely well made, strong and the customer service by Steve is the best! Had one of his CF rods and most importantly his counter weight to offset the NOX nose heaviness. Had it over 1/12 years with no trouble.
