    Found this thimble and coin ring three years ago. I love this thimble it is a replica of the liberty bell with the anitials F.E.J. It is pre 1900 i checked it on Ebay the coin ring is dated 1921...:cool:

    A Good Coin Cleaning Method....:cool:

    Now first off i would never do this to a key or semi key coin. This barber dime was so black i couldent even see the date, or if it had a mint mark. Well i used bakeing soda paste it did take off some, but just dident do it for me. So i put the coin in silver jewelry cleaner for five minutes...

    Hunting today was hard work, ground was frozen 3 inches down my first hit was a 1941 merc and two wheats in the same hole. About five feet away another merc 1944 six wheats total....:detecting:

    Out around 7:30 am. this morning. my buddy upstate ed shows up we start searching an area were we have found lots of silver last year. just wasent haveing any luck, so we moved to another area were we was last weekend. also i get this faint signal i could tell this was deep 10 inches down a 1919...

    Two indians hideing under a root....:minelab:

    This park is tuff we have taken a lot of sliver and copper finds from here over the years but( upstate ed) left me two under a root. ed is vary good when it comes to indian head cents and nickels. also an old bullet and a button....:twodetecting:

    Got out for about three hours today, grass is about 8-10 inches high. useing my sun ray x-12 coil i was able reach this 1905 indian cent and seven wheat cents and two religious medels...:cool:

    Yes cold and wet in the first hour and half my boots were soaked. dident have much luck but did get this coin i would asume its from the philippines but on the coin it spells pilipinas. also two wheats:cool:

    Was able to get out for a few hours today, my first coin 1888 with a green spot on the face. the next 1906 this indian is between VF- EF condition.:detecting:
