    Just a commen date merc, but makes number 40 for me...:minelab:

    Yup, this 1943 merc, made number 40 for me, saturday was cold 28 degrees, and sunday was a wash out. Hope next weekend dont rain...

    Back at the baseball field, finds for today are 1917 1934 1927-S mercs, and 1954 roose. a bunch of clad. Also a cool Bill jr. ring from general mills cereal. this ring dates between 1922-1931......:cool:

    The only time to get into this area is on the weekday, the weekend is packed with flag football players, so i had tuesday off from work, and headed strate to the baseball field.     Searching this old baseball field at LP. park gave up seven silver coins and 21 wheat cents (2) 1942 (1) 1929 mercs. 1964-D 1947-D roose. a 1941 washington and a dateless SLQ. moveing slowly and useing the right technique is what put these coins in my pouch, were others have missed....:thumbup:

    Back at the same area i was last time, with so much trash around you must move slowly, my first hit was a 1935-S merc. about an hour later a 1956 roose and then a 14k plated band. also four wheats...

    Back at LP. park, got some luck this time with a 1934-D washington quarter and then a 1911-V nickel about five bucks in clad and some other stuff.. much cooler this week end..

    Back at the same park, it was vary hot saturday i was only out an hour and half, but did well with this nice silver ring and a1937 buff and some other stuff. hope it cools down soon.

    Well looks like our small park is starting to give it up with a 1944 merc, and a 1959 roose,and six wheats. Now all i need is some rain, it is vary dry here in N.Y. after the rain ill pound this place hard....

    Met up with ED(upstate) today for a hunt at another park, after an hour of finding quater after quater i got a nice signal dug down about three inches, wow the nicest silver ring i have ever found, and looks be old, this ring is so cool with the harts going around it. also a religios medal, and...

    Well its not much, but after five weekends of getting.....SKUNKED....It's time to move on to another park. We did a good job of cleaning out this park, finding a silver coin here makes for a vary good day even if it's a 1946 roose.......

    My buddy ED. and i have done a good job pounding this park, after four hours of hunting, six wheats, 1906-V nickel and a religios cross also a play dime witch at first looked like a half dime....

    One indian from vary dry ground......:minelab:

    The soil in my area is vary dry and hard to dig in, the signals were broken, but i did end up getting a 1882 indian head cent i hope we get some rain by next weekend, we need it....

    Back in the area were ED( upstate) and i have pounded last year, just wanted to see if we left anything behind well we did. my first dig was a 1901 indian head cent, witch has seen better days my next was a 1870 indian, witch was serounded by pulltabs if i was moveing fast i would have walked...

    One more from my hot spot........:minelab:

    Back at my hot spot today, after diging about eight nails and some shell caseings witch read like indian head cents. I got a vary deep signal dug down about ten inches probed the hole, another inch or so down a 1914 barber this barber is in nice shape opposed to most i find.

    Went to another park today my buddy ED. Stomped me into the ground. The only find i did get was a nice silver ring, whitch looks to be old when i found this ring it was crushed, i cant beleive i straighten it out with out breaking it......:shocked:

    Back at my fav. park, swinging along seen something in the grass, bent down wow nice an ipod nano touch, and it works. my second find was a 1944 merc. this dime was vary deep 11 inches or better sounded like a indian head, after probeing the hole i could that silver sound. Yes i just love this...

    Had the day off today, back at same area i was last weekend my first dig was a 1916 merc. and the next was a pocket spill of wheat cents (3) 1927 -1925 1916- 1912 all in one hole...:cool:

    Good dig's today......:minelab:

    Back at the same area i was yesterday, my first hit right off the bat silver 1941 merc. in the hole with it a1904 indian. After that every five minutes, Bang,Bang my finds for today are. 1941 merc, 1946 roose, indian cents. 1888, 1883 (2) 1904 and a 1909. Nickel's 1908-V and 1936 buff.....:cool:
