Anyone receive a Equinox Coiltek 10x6" coil lately?

Anyone receive a 10" x 6" Coiltek Equinox lately? I know 15" are being sent out.

Dilek seems to think you have a good chance by September. They are supposedly testing now, so if all goes well you may have it by September. I hope so.

15" coiltek on it's all way.

Great. 15" seem to be a little more plentiful at the moment. Still waiting for my 10" x 6". t.

15" coiltek on it's all way.

I've got a Nox 600 and replaced it twice under warranty. 1st time acted weird after 1 year. Last time after 9 months the water seal gave way. Still under warranty till September. Only use the 6' coil since I got the machine. Used the 11" for a while but when I received the 6" it seemed I got...

    New multi frequency machine

Really depends on where and what you hunt. I'd be satisfied with the 8" or 9" round DD as the standard coil for the new machine. Personally I don't need a huge coil in my arsenal. One other smaller coil like the minelab equinox 6", and I'm good to go. Again it depends where and what you hunt.

    New multi frequency machine

This new SMF could be standard with an 8" or 9" round, or even the popular 9.5"'x 5.5" elliptical. Just have to wait and see.

    Coiltek 10" x 5" coil for Equinox

That's a big outfit. Glad you're getting yours. Ordered mine Feb.2 from Big Boys. Still waiting.

When and whom did you order from? Just curious.

$859 might be the magic number then. We should know between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

    Coiltek 10" x 5" coil for Equinox

That was the 10"x 5". Which looks like 9.5" x 5,5" when measured,

    Coiltek 10" x 5" coil for Equinox

15.1 ounces roughly according to the site.

    Coiltek 10" x 5" coil for Equinox

Hope so for your sake. The video said the 10x5" coil was the most ordered of the 3 new Coiltek coils by far. So maybe for most other dealers, could possibly receive the 10x5" coil by mid-May. Still a very slow process. Ordered mine Feb.2.

    Coiltek 10" x 5" coil for Equinox

Anyone receive any size of the Coiltek Equinox coils recently? My dealer has heard nothing.

    New multi frequency machine

I'm hoping the price will be between $600-$700. If anyone can get it done for that price, I believe Nokta/ Makro can.

    New multi frequency machine

Good points Mote. I guess I am in the minority then because about half the year I'm in a lake or stream or near a beach searching for targets. I'm sure Nokta/Makro will make an updated technologically, land use detector soon after the SMF is released. So my vote for the SMF would be a true...

    New multi frequency machine

Either way we the customer should benefit from the technology. I'll give Nokta/Makro a shot at a SMF at a fair price. Maybe then, Minelab will improve their quality in future machines.

    New multi frequency machine

Being able to change out the battery is a big plus. Hope there are more pleasant surprises. Video also said a "different" kind of coil than the Simplex. There will be a lot of speculation about what the coil size and shape will be.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Coiltek 10" x 5" coil for Equinox

Another difference 6' minelab vs 10x6" Coiltek is the sweet spot. Minelab 6" is in the center where Coiltek is at the front tip according to a youtube video. Waiting for my 10x6" also.
