    At least you didn't get skunked. My luck I'd of come home with a bucket of foil. And a few zincs. You enjoyed it. That's all that matters. On a side note. I'll add. Anyone into gold prospecting. These hurricanes have moved record amounts of dirt. The gold belt may be alive again.

    Multi tools.

    A couple old Craftsman multi tools. Over 20yrs old and still going strong. Yes there's a hacksaw blade in there. My favorite though was the black Leatherman with the detonator crimps in the nose. Which I can't seem to locate at present.

    Yes. I have a 13" and 15" coils. They can go quite deep. Especially on anything larger than a quarter.

    I did find a well worn seated dime. Then a dirty deputy snuck in. In the middle of the night and cleaned up. My 1860 home I lost when I became disabled. Still in forclosure. I just got permission to go detecting from the bank. Having worked miss most my life. Got their around 3 am. Only to see...
