    Where is Old Beechnut?

OBN, You are still the Master!!! I love that you exclusively hunt old beach areas that consistently produce gold. Glad to hear from you! I look forward to you rolling gold ring totals. Best for your mom also. Silvercoinboy

    Help me choose a pinpointer.

White's TRX. The only problem is that they have doubled in price since White's went under, so that should tell you how good they are

    Where is Old Beechnut?

I always love his 100+ gold rings per year. Has he stopped posting to this forum? Or melted them all down and bought his own island?

Minelab GPZ 7000 anyone using one?

Yep, I know it is pricey, but I'm thinking this might be the game changer on getting to the depth for the missed items. I'm just wondering how well it works in a crowded trash environment?

Anyone have info on the 14''x 9" Coiltex?

I see that they are available online. Wanted to see if anyone has used one, and what their impressions are. Looks like $239.00 I have the 15" DD Coiltek coil which I use at the beach (too much junk where I normally hunt)

Georgia Gold Rush abandoned mining towns

I want to hit some of the abandoned towns around Dahlonega, Georgia. Just one dropped gold coin from the Dahlonega mint, and I could retire! Has anybody hits some of the outlying areas? Miners are a suspicious bunch, and it was very common for them to bury the gold they just dug up after it...

    One way signals

My experience here in German fields is that if it is the 8-20 range on the meter one way, and nothing the other it is almost always a square nail, unless it is a weak, i.e deep signal. I also switch over to all metal, and usually get the low tone (<0) iron ring the other direction.

    Fisher f70

Thank you to google translate. I recommend you go to the fisher website and download the F-70 owner's manual and convert it on Google translate to your language. That will give you the details on setting up discrimination to eliminate iron pieces
