    Hunk of Lead

    I found this hunk of lead buried about 6" deep on the shores of the Mississippi River in Illinois. Has anyone an idea of what this is or what it came from or was used for? It's about 4" Long, 2" Wide and 1/4" Thick. Thanks ACE 250

    Coil Cover???

    Greetings, I have been using my ACE 250 for about a week now and notice that I am getting some fine scratches on the bottom of the coil. Will scratches have an adverse effect on it over time? Should I buy a coil cover? If so, can the cover be left on while detecting?
