    Just looked at a ring I found 875 gold

    I found a 21k gold ring several years ago while detecting in water. Unlike yours, mine is marked 21K… you are spot on with 875 being 21K.

    I have found quite a few since they came out… my best is 14 in one year. Mostly find them in school yards but sometimes one will show up at unexpected places. I have only found one in the water.

    That was a nice find!!! Everytime I take out my change purse when paying for something, the clerk always makes a comment about it..I have given a few of them away.     It is, but not an old one… you can buy them online… never found one at all while detecting. I still use cash and change and carry one to keep my coins together.
