Where are all the CTX users?

Got the Ctx a week ago and it is a fine stable machine, as soon as I hit the ground with it I knew it was a keeper, just imagine if whites and minelab got into bed together, power, stability, reliability, best service on the planet and water proof to boot. One can only dream, I’m going over...

    White's Spectra V3i is a 'Legend'

Alrighty I agree with everything said about the V3, it tells me not only what is in the ground but what size it is, every now and then I dig something that is a sketchy signal, because the machine says I’m not sure what it is but you might want to take a look. The enclosed pic tells it all, it’s...

i was at my favorite park today scorching some earth and found a ring about 15ft in front of a frisbee golf tee box. It got me thinking the jewelry might be a flying when you chuck a disc. Some food for thought.

    V3i 4th time out

I am careful on taking out the lower numbers I have found rings in the 10 to 20 range, the other day I dug 15 or 20 pull tabs then a gold earring, I will be darned but the gold hangs out in the foil range. The v3 I is a great machine as with any detector you need to spend the time to become one...

    Sun shade for V3I

Was a little bored today it is raining hard. I disigned and built a sun shade for my V3I. Fairly easy to build materials were about $10, 2 hours labor, design prototype always takes longer measuring, bending and drilling and all that. Materials: one black poly binder Aluminum carpet seam...

    Target analysis video

Very nice video, I dig everything in the +, helps me sleep. Sometimes when there are several targets in a close area it's takes a little time to cut the good signal out and I'd it. What a wonderfully machine, it feels like I'm almost cheating at the hobby.

    hello, question on v3i purchase

Everyone in your area will know when it arrives, the weather always takes a turn, if your stuck indoors there will be plenty of time to burn the hair off the cat.

    V3i is incredible

Yep a very chatty machine it misses nothing. I turned the vco on for pinpointing and sometimes toggle the trigger to shrink the target and pinpointing was a new world for me. Just got my v3i a little while ago looks like I am going to need to scorch the whole county one last time.

    Interference V3i

We have a few spots that are unbearable I look around and see if power conduit is running down the side of a pole and follow it to a building I look at line of site and avoid those areas. Underground is the worst usually no tuning down or offset will help.

    v3i polar plot

Polar plot is nice, I like the sizing gives a little more information. Foil stands the blue line on end in polar plot very interesting.i will run the mixed mode with sizing instead of polar plot.

Has any one seen the stupid Farmers insurance TV commercial portraying a guy with a metal detector ripping someone off on a beach, these folks are just plain stupid. I sent them an email expressing my feelings: This is about your recent TV commercial that portrays a man on the beach with a...
