Gold on the 1st dig !

I went back to the same spot for two hours and got lots of targets tonight .My first ID number of the night was 10-foil-ring and yes it was the latter . It was about 4" deep . It has markings but no one in our house can make them out ( even with a magnifying glass ) I'm guessing it's 14K ...

Did some beach hunting for about 3+1/2 hours today . The beach was being stingy but I did manage a silver earring and a variety of finds .The plated chain , bottle opener and lighter were eyeball finds . The rest were sniffed out by my MXT All Pro with a 950 concentric coil on it .I did the...

    The Vaquero is here !

Unfortunately too late in the day to hunt , but the weather is supposed to be good this weekend . I've got it put together and I checked out the functions ( I'm going with the 5"coil for awhile) . I really like the lightness ( it's been awhile since I've swung a 2.2 pounder ) I...

    E-trac -Explorer balance

This question is for the guys who have swung both the E-trac and the Explorer with the stock Minelab pro-coil on both units .Does the new angle on the E-trac grip make that much difference in the feel or balance ? Enough that it allows you to swing the unit longer and more comfortably ?
