    the snow melted and I thought I would go out for a bit and try to find a few coins. first hit of the hunt was a 1945 wheat. then I found two 1942 nickels . thought it was funny that even though I found them 100 feet apart they were oddly the same year.     I fought the cold again today and found my oldest coin this year 1918!!!!!!!!!!!!:smoke:

    the day b4 the snow hunt

    I was able to go out for about a hour the day b4 the last snow that we are all stuck with right now . found so many targets. buying a new whites detector in the mid of peoria winter........man spring cant get here faster can it???????     new beeping for 2012

    so i went to this pawn shop up north. got a new beeper . 5 years newer than my last. its old still though. its a coinmaster 2/db series 2 . works great and im finding stuff in place's i thought i had beat to death. any tips on this bad boy?????????/ its a beast and i plan on rocking and rolling...

    fantastic few hours beeping. check out the finds!!!

    old pocket watch face. a few cars. a few not so complete old cars. spoon. a fishing weight called the snaggles. its cool. lots of markings. cool coin box. 6 inch's down. top still has paint and is on hinge. 3 wheat's and lots of clad. 30 coins total! still just hunting around the house. SWAMP...

    my hunt tonight a hour b4 dark

    you never know what you will find in your own backyard i tell ya. the jeep was made by hot wheels in 1981. 25 cent coin. one dime the rest were cents. the shinny thing looks like half a spoon. it just says poon on it.

    the hunt the day after the meeting!

    so it rained all day off and on but it did not stop me from going out in the mud and sloshing around. i had plans to do some sweet spots but all i got to do was my own yard at dusk. mag light and a survival knife brought up these finds within a hour on my old 70's whites!

    my 70's whites coinmaster is still pumping out piles!

    its a coinmaster 4 d /b . thinking of trying out another coil any ideas?? iv got the one it came with right now but i think i would like to change it up a tad. went out today with a friend and found a pile of clad and a ring. anybody have any oldschool hints on better settings to use on this...
