    Heavy Find

    While checking out an old park in Myrtle Beach Idug up a 3 to 4 lb..block of lead.Its covered in a whitish patina and multiple knife cut marks on it.Wondering if it was used during the civil war to make bullets in the field.Any thoughts about its use or value Thanks,John

    Coil Choice

    :canadaflag:First time out with XT70.Going to Fla. and S.C. soon and I am wondering about coil choices for the beaches.I was going to use the stock coil on the dry sand,the 5x10DD HF on the wet sand and the 6DD HF in the water.I dont want to miss any small gold.Any thoughts?Thanks,John.HH.
