    I am purchasing an MX Sport in April for underwater hunting off the beaches of Michigan. I was wondering if anyone has been using thier MX Sport underwater and how it's holding up? Any leaks, etc.?

    E-Trac not turning on

    Ran into a problem with my E-Trac this year. If I have not used it in a while the power button will not turn it on unless I tap the control box. Then it works fine while I am using it. I can turn it on and off throughout the hunt no problem. Then if it sets for a week or more I have to tap it...

    Spectrum XLT won't turn on help?

    Trying to figure out what is wrong with a Spectrum XLT.When I press the on/off button the screen flashes and then shuts off again. This is with a full battery. Nothing other than the light comes on the screen. Any ideas?

    10" coil on Teknetics Mark 1

    I purchased a 10" Bounty Hunter coil for my Teknetics Mark 1 today. When I air tested it with a dime and a gold wedding band it didn't have any more depth than my stock 7" coil. I thought it would give me 2-4 inches more depth. Any ideas? Also in low mineralized soil how deep should my Mark1...

    My old detector Vs new?

    I have a Teknetics Mark 1 that I got at a rummage sale for $25 last month. It's in mint condition with original box and manual. Works great. I was wondering, How does it compare performance-wise to the newer models? This one dates back to 1984. Thanks!
