    E Faber...Whatzit?

    Dug this whatzit today -- looks quite old and has E Faber written on the side. I know that company made pens/pencils. Is this thing an old pencil sharpener? The bottom of it has a hole about the size of a pencil. Anyone seen anything similar to this before?
