    I'm in pain!

    Heh all, What do people recomend for a very tight, sore, low back! Obviously I'm a newbie to the hobby. I've spent so many hours the last week metal detecting that I can't move, and I absolutely must go tomorow and Sunday! I wish I could be at 10 places at the same time! Any recommendation?
