Who uses their AT Golds as a relic machine?

I have a AT Pro and I absolutely love this detector it's a very versatile detector on coins and relics I am just wondering if I would benefit adding a AT gold to my arsenal to use specifically for relics? Or would I benefit more just adding the 5x8 dd coil to my AT Pro? How's this AT-Gold do on...

    Minelab Safari vs T2SE

I currently own a T2SE and a Garrett AT-Pro by far I grab the AT more than the T2SE I just feel more comfortable using it. As far as my hunting I relic and coin hunt and use the AT on coins haven't had a chance to try it on relics but from what I've read it does great for relics. The T2SE is a...

    Who hunts this way??

I went to a spot today that I've hammered with a few other detectors that were about twice the price of the AT PRO. I was hunting pro mode coins with the iron audio on, this place is full of nails and with the settings I was using I picked out several wheaties. I was amazed that I had missed...

Detecting Buddy Harness who's using one?

Anyone using one? Give us your opinion on it!! I ordered one yesterday!! Once I get it I will add my two cents to this post. It looks like it will get the job done. I ordered a extra bungee so I could have my top two detectors ready to attach it to and start swinging.

Giving the AT Pro a second chance!!

I primarily relic hunt so if some of you guys can throw me a few hints on how to run it to get max depth and still disc out iron and...

How's it in trash and iron and is it close to the Tejon on depth? Hopefully it runs a little more stable than a tejon. I had a Vaquero and got rid of it, it was one heck of a machine. So now I am looking at this Outlaw and am liking it's features and the extra coils but just want to do a little...

    How's the T2 perform?

I currently use a Etrac and am thinking of going from it to a T2. I coin hunt with the Etrac and relic hunt with a Teknetics G2. I love the Etrac but my arm can't handle it any longer. So has anybody transitioned from a Etrac to a T2? I really like my G2 it's light as a feather.

    G2 detector questions!

I am looking at getting a G2 to relic hunt with what kind of depth are these capable of in mild to moderate soil conditions. Also tell me your likes and dislikes of the machine. I am only looking to relic hunt with it does it have any advantage over a 1266 or 1270 detector other than weight?
