    He found this about 15 feet from where he found the indian head, but this is much much cooler. an 1873 sheild nickel

    We were fortunate enough for my son to get a free detector from digginrebel on these forums this is his first find with it. a Tesoro compadre. Its a 1890 indian cent in great shape. We had to stop due to rain but this is the first time this site has been hunted so we will definatly be going back...

    Last weeks digs

    Harmonica reeds old shotgun shells a brass piece i think its out of a clock a old large square nail some sort of twist handle and a step or pull handle and an old axe head. All of this was in the middle of the woods. Wondering if it was an early home site or camp of some kind

    Does anyone else do this?

    Does anyone else carry a handgun whenever they go metal detecting? I do everywhere except where i cannot by law, schools ect. Was just wanting to get some input on this.

    Todays pocket cache in the middle of the woods

    took the boat out and went to a spot where a town once stood in the 1800-early1900's and found all of this in one hole newest 1920 oldest 1899. Very excited to go back now.

    Interesting find today

    Found this in an area believed to be a Union civil war campsite found at the base of a tree about 25 yard from where my dad found a part of a bridal with US brass on both sides back in the 70's i think its part of a horse bridal bit broken bit i think but could not find the other half.

    New Ace 350 today

    Man just got my new ace 350 today and it is absolutely awesome. First 30 min i was up 1.50 in change and found a cool naked girl lighter i'm glad i decided to sell the old garrett and buy a new one.

    Garrett Grand Master Hunter CKII

    I just aquired this detector and want to know what people have to say about it. Only other detectors ive ever owned were a whites 6000 di pro plus and a spectrum xlt e series but never a garrett. How does it compare? Havent had much time to try it out yet but was wondering if there are any tips...
