    I have not seen much posted on detecting for gold. Check out Arizona Outbacks Prospecting Forum. Go to the prospecting forum and read all of trinityau's post. He uses the Goldbug Pro and gives info on settings etc.

    AT PRO for prospecting

    There is a nice little review in the Yank-Aussie Prospecting Forum about using the at pro in Australia's hot ground. I am heading out to west texas for work so since I do not what the ground is like out there these comments help reasure me that the at pro should be able to handle the ground.

    Waterproof Minelab SD2100

    I was just wondering if anyone has ever waterproofed a minelab SD2100 It looks like I could do it with some rubber pot and toggle seals and a pelican case. It might be worth wile to protect the machine from salt spray and accidental dunkings. Seb

    GMT in fresh water

    Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how stable the Whites GMT is in fresh water? As in keeping the coil underwater in streams. I have read that it is a not really usable in salt water. Just wondering how stable it would be in fresh water before I bought one. Seb
