Well I did it again. Not a great find but still another ring. Marked 925 on the inside, according to my brother Awhitster's post it's Sterling Silver. Also found a key spill. They were still attached with a rusty split ring that fell off when I pulled them from the ground. That and three...

    I did some cleaning testing...........

I got one of those small rock tumblers to clean coins and have tried some different ways using information from this forum. Here is what I did with a batch of good pennies that were dirty and some stains that needed cleaned enough to roll for the bank, spend or use at a "green coin machine" at...

Ring Man Of Spokane Strikes Again!!!:yikes:

It takes a highly tuned precision instrument to find a plastic bracelet like this one. Especially when it was sitting on top of the bark under the playground toys.:clapping:

    Battery charging question:nerd:

I use rechargeable batteries in all of my toys. Camera, GPSr and ACE 250. I've managed to collect three different amperage types. 2100, 2300 and 2500. Can they be mixed while charging or should they be the same? Thanks.........

Working my own back yard (actually I rent so it doesn't matter) I did my best to put this patch back as to not hurt the lawn. A couple of weeks later here is what happened. Just goes to show how careful we need to be when working parks and such.....

Went to a vacant lot where a house had burned down eariler this year. Owner next door said sure it was ok to look around as others have been there. (I love to hear that then find stuff). They had filled in the basement but the rest of the property is trash and weeds. Worked around and could...

No rings today, yet, but check out this penny......

When I pulled it from the ground I thought it was just another penny until I got home and looked at my coins to count and clean. Something different anyway......
