    monday gold

    Have'n't posted in a while, have found lot of silver but gold has been spars over the winter..its picking up out there.. 14kt an a diamond, also was told by a lifeguard where a gold ring was lost, i'll be back tomorrow. if you look close theres an interesting bird on the beach

    Gulf hunter what you think, getting close to the 1 oz bar? I have another 20 or so gold items a little more than whats shown on the scale to put into the pot but cant fit them on scale.. almost all is 14 kt...the 18kt my wife is keeping..man i want that bar so much i can taste it...:happy...

    where i hunt

    boardwalk area Santa cruz, ca..after memorial day beaches were deserted...thats ok by me...but they will slowly fill back up. nice to see some cuts forming need to get rid of another 3 to 5 feet...this beach is about a quarter mile south of main beach. this area goes back to the spanish period...

    First and second day finds with my new excal. Nice weather and had beach both days to myself....started hunting at 8 left about 12:30 .. NUT:, gold bracelet, second one in a month!( dry sand find on way back to car..heavy), ring, earrings, and junk....about $4 in clad in the lane... EXCAL rules...
