    Wow! Thanks for all the feedback! I learned on and have only used White's detectors, so I think I want to stay with White's. I feel I will be better able to help him if he has a detector I am somewhat familiar with. From what I am hearing the M6 is probably the way to go. Thanks for the help!

    I opened the pack last night and saw what is in it. I can get tabbed cells to build a new pack when the time comes. I also determined what the 3rd contact was for. Thanks for your input.

    I have an electronics background and just wanted to see how it was put together and what cells were used. I know that in time one or more of the cells will degrade to the point the pack won't hold a charge and it would be much less expensive for me to just replace the cells.

    Found a keepsake for a local park user.

    I too would have kept going back. I never have been able to let a challenge like that go, no matter how long it took to find it. I see it as a real test and validation of my skills. It is extremely satisfying to finally find your target. Good work PokerShark!
