    Snow storm on the way...........

    I just typed a post about detectors and it wont let me post it. I didnt use any "bad" words ( dont type or talk that way) some how something is a miss. Problem is it doesnt tell which word I cant use any ideas as what to do? This was to be a reply for what detectors should I use Greg

    My 2009 totals...........

    Well 2009 is over and dreams of 2010 finds have started. As far as 2009 it was the least detecting I've done in the 12 years of detecting. Projects around the house ate up a lot of time. ( Garden shed and garden ) So here's the meager totals: 150 pennies...50 wheat's and 8 Indians 5 nickels... 1...

    Bottle collection grows

    Bottle collection grows In the winter when its to cold to detect I spend time on my other hobby. Model railroading. My RR runs through three rooms. Two are 12X21 and the 3rd is 7X17. One of the rooms also has my bottle collection on the wall. there are two shelves and they are on all four walls...

    To answer your question: The rain goes in to the barrel through a 6X6 inch hole in the barrel. I covered the hole with screen to keep bugs out. The barrels are connected to each other by the bottom bung. The bottom bung on most drums have a 3/4 inch hole which is tread ed. I just drilled it out...
