    digging tool

    the digging tool i got with my E-TRAC i broke along with other digging tools. heres one i put together thats not pretty but will dig a nice round hole. i made it from a piece of 1-inch o.d 4140 steel 2-foot long and wielded part of a post hole digger to it.

    discrimination of old nails

    i put in the nail discrimination and also blacked out the first three lines on top and i still get these old nails at 8+ inches. they come in on a high tone like coins. how would i pass these up.

    here is what i found so far with my E-TRAC sat and sun 6 wheat pennys 5 dimes 3 quuarters one silver and 1 nickel and 36 new pennys. the wheats were about 8 inches down. very happy with it. when i had my DFX i found 1 wheat and 1 silver dime. so i think im off to a good start with the E-TRAC...
