Has anyone ever heard anything about Fisher coming out with bluet headphones?
Is there another brand of transmitter that can be used with an F75 that won’t cause a bunch of interference?

I use a Garrett wireless module with mine--no problems.

Good to know, I was told the Garrett transmitter caused a lot of chatter on the F-75. Thank you for the input.

If I get a chance I will check to see how the Deteknix works with the F75. I used to use Auvio with out any problems but those are hard to find anymore

It could be with the pre dst model f75s?

Garrett Z-link works great on the F75 AND T2. I have them and use Z-link on both.

My hearing aids are bluetooth,it would be great if I had the ability to receive audio from my GB.

About any apt-x low latency transmitter will plug into any detector and will work with similar apt-x bluetooth headphones like the Minelab Equinox's and the Nokta Legend's. If you want to use regular headphones, adding an apt-x receiver will allow you to plug your headphones into it and the receiver can be placed in your pocket so you aren't hooked up to the detector. I have the Deteknix receiver and transmitter and they work very well with any detector I have. It is not bluetooth but delay is slightly less. Older bluetooth has a big delay. The only Garrett that caused chatter on my T2 was the pinpointer and it ceased when I shifted the frequency.

Wireless is great and I have it with my Deus 2 and WM 09 I have lightweight backphones zip tied to my cap and the wm09 attached to the cap visor - works well.

Went old school with the f75 Ltd on its way to me now-, I ordered me a detector pro jolly rogers ultimate headphones with angled 1/4” jack and 4’ coil cord. Dual volume control ( not sure but hope individual control to each ear cup so I can go loud on one side- soft on the other so I can hear outside sounds in the woods for safety. ). If not I’ll pack one side with foam insulation to quiet it down. I don’t mind corded phones if they flex and don’t snag on anything and pull off. Further, I don’t want anything requiring recharging on the detector set up whatsoever- including pinpointer. I’ll use my Carrot. It’s just how I want to go.

I used to have a plain f75 with DST always working. I got the Ltd SE for the extra coil and for the full suite of modes and functions, one of which is ability to turn DST on or off, which is great whatever your preference is, but keeping both options open.


Really looking forward to this detector and its full setup.

I have the Garrett Zlynk hooked up to the Deus 2 WS6 Master. Works great.
