Goldscan 1 schematic diagram

Hi can anybody help me I have problem with my old goldscan
I think it must be the first model made
It seems to have a burnt out part I cannot make out
The information it has printed on it, it looks like a three legged
Black diode it’s connected across the power socket
Going into the unit can anybody tell me what it is so I can replace it or send me a schematic drawing

yes, i have big archive but nothing on Eric's GS1. while we know Eric did just one schematic whole his life .
can you visit GEOTECH1 forum and leave out you request there?

Can you attach pictures so the model can be seen if it still needs repair?
