Hello,

I have an older xp deus and am not get a coil connection any ideas I believe I’ve tried everything in the manual. The coil connection to the main control unit and possible headphone.

Also looking to buy a new xp deus 2 with pinpointer xp 1 and xp ws5 headphones. Who has the best deals or do they all sell at the same price.

I’ve noticed on one site there’s a smaller control unit (looks like a small circle is this something new or better for the xp.

Appreciate any help, thank you for your time.

The small circle control you mentioned is the deus 2 WS6 master. The main difference is the smaller circle puck that takes the place of the full size controller is not submersible. The WS6 master is what I own and I'm very happy with it.

Update the remote control and headphones .. X 35's needs newer updates
V6 updates you can use the ORX headphones .. Do not have to program the headphone to Pair up

Thank you for the info. Do all the dealers sell the xp 2 at the same price?

Anybody have an idea on the coil problem that I have?

I figure u have gone to options and selected coils and confirmed your coil is listed and selected. So make sure you have the correct cord for updates and go to the XP website and do an update. Be sure everything is charged up. You can’t use the charge cord for updates I believe. It’s been a while since I have had to update. My favorite program is #5 the hot program..
