Finds are from the past few weekends since my last post. All finds were found at researched public sites with my XP Deus 2 machines.
Sites detected were old schools, city parks and one fairground.
Most of the finds were pulled from North Dakota with some coming from Minnesota.
Both the Standing Liberty and Barber Quarter had some very good depth.
I thought I was digging a big old can lid as the back was facing up on that big makeup compact. I got a nice surprise when I looked at the other side.
That old Eagle Knob was very deep (foot +) and pulled from a Minnesota City Park.
It is a little smaller than a doorknob so it could be some sort of drawer pull knob. Any Ideas welcome.
That sharp Canadian Large Cent also came from Minnesota and was a nice surprise as they don't come up too often anymore.
That huge colorful Armour of God Challenge Coin was pulled from a ND fairgrounds. Although it probably isn't too old, was neat to find. From my research, some challenge coins go back to the 40s.
One of the tokens is a North Dakota merchant token and the other one appears to be a Minneapolis Token.
thanks for looking!
Dave
