Strange find for sure,encrusted with hundreds of round and emerald cut whatever they are.

Would have been nicer if it was gold or silver,and REAL stones.

I fround a gold hart that had 63 diamonds in it, the back looked like your bird. I know al the diamonds had holes in the back to let light through. Wife took it to jeweler and he said it was from late 20s or 30s, and was worth abouth $4000.00 or more. You need to check it out.

Only hobby that pays for itself.
 
I found this pendant a couple years ago and it had been in the ground for a good while judging by the depth.
No marking whatsoever on it, but I took it to have it checked and the jeweler told me she felt confident it was silver.
It is made up of several individual pieces.
