I could not put want to sell in this listing for my Tesoro Bandido ii Umax. It is hard to part with any of my Tesoro detectors, especially the older ones. I am only selling it to buy another Tesoro. It is in great condition. It comes with the 8” brown donut coil. I am also including a 12x10 DD coil with lower rod in the sale. I tried looking up what a fair price was for this detector and found one that sold in March 2024 on this site for $325 shipped with the 8” brown donut coil I am asking for $400 obo shipped to the lower 48 states. I will accept postal money order or Venmo.

I have decided not to sell this detector at this time. Parting with the older Tesoro’s is tough right now, especially knowing they cannot be replaced.

The one you are no longer selling looks to be in like new condition, no way would I part with it either

The one I had a hard time finding is the Diablo umax…. I have one know and it is Super nice!

It is definitely in new like condition. I can’t believe how nice Tesoro’s look so many years later. I have the Bandido ii umax and an Eldorado Umax and years after they were manufactured they still look new like. I hope they las me a lifetime of detecting. I have my sights on a Lobo Supertraq next. I want to do some gold detecting next. I have a T2 classic green for relics and other reasons. It is an older one and it is my only digital machine. It is a good one but I just got it last year and I am still learning it.

I am currently looking at a brand new in box Tesoro Bandido that the person is asking a reasonable price, their asking price is what they paid for it, they have the original receipt, its the older Bandido that has the control box under the arm instead of above the arm, the person said they would let me have it for less than he paid for.

The earlier Banditos weren’t near as good as the Bandito 2 umaxs. I think there were 3 maybe 4 varieties of banditos. The latest was the greatest.
