XLT Modification, so it accepts DFX, MXT, and M6 search coils

There's supposedly a mod for the XLT, but not sure if it's the same, or can be done to an XL Pro, to where you install a 0.1 microF capacitor between the green and white wires on the inside of the box on the coil connector, linked to a toggle switch. If activated you can run coils for DFX, MXT, and M6, turned off and you run the 6.59 kHz coils. Still looking for information if someone has done this to an XLT, and if it will also work on an XL Pro? If anyone has done this mod, please let me know. The lowest Voltage I could find for that capacitor is 16V, I was wondering if it would work. Thanks

I looked into it for a while because I barely caught a conversation in regards to having that ability, but unfortunately I never received an answer, and I've moved on to other machines, like the analogs of Bulgaria, so that was an end of an era for me, especially with them closing business. I got my first White's in 1986, with a 6000 DI Pro, then XL Pro, Eagle Spectrum, XLT, DFX, V3I, Pulse PI Pro. They were fun detectors.
I only kept the XL Pro, and it's gone now too.
