First hunt with 9” coil on the manticore and some silver love this coil!!!

Hit a beach a few miles from my house mostly a rocky area but that’s some of the best spots I got the nice silver crucifix first good signal I was hunting in beach low conductive.
It’s so easy to swing it’s quite a bit lighter than the 11” coil I also found the bigger medallion can’t read it yet I’ll clean it up.
Then the 1916 S mercury Darn!
But I believe this coil will be my main coil now especially in the water I really like the beach low conductor here some photos ..couple hour hunt today early am

Nice hunt Mark! Although that poor merc has been pulverized ☹️
 
The 11” coil and the 9” weights
The 9” weighs 12.2 ounces the 11 is 1lb 2.4 ounces
