Deus handbook??

Was wondering if anyone has read Andy’s
Deus handbook?
Is it geared more towards the Deus 1 ?
Any relevance to the Deus 2 ?
Wondering if he has any plans for a Deus 2
Handbook.
I have watched many videos of the Deus 2 but would sure like a hard copy for learning and referencing

I have it. It is more specific to the D1 but there are some common setting options that would cross over.
It's been a couple years since I read it. I will go over it and revisit your question.

It is in fact Deus 1 but a lot of cross over information for sure. Still a well spent $22

I posted this a while back its a field manual by John Oliver maybe this might help.

I have both versions of Andy's book for the Deus. Also attended his class on the Deus. All are geared towards the Deus 1 but contain a great amount of information that pertains to the Deus 2. Also a good reference for detecting in general. Highly recommend it.

On his website Sabischbooks.com, you will find a phone number at the bottom of the "About us" page.
I'm sure he will be happy to tell you if he has anything in the works.

IMO, you will glean more about the D2 reading posts and watching YT videos than you will get reading the D1 book.

I taught with Andy at the Deus and Minelab Bootcamps for years.
I would suggest that you buy the Deus 1 book It will cost you less than $25 and there is a lot of information that transfers to the D2. Honestly there is a tremendous amount of Wrong Information on YouTube videos. Especially for a new Deus user. Too much YouTube is not the answer.
Until you come to grips with your Deus you simply can't tell who's full of crap and who isn't. That also goes for the guy that will swear that this or that guy on Youtube knows what he is talking about. Take your time stay in factory programs for a good while and read.
Put your hours in. Get out there.

As others have said, the book is exclusively about the Deus 1. Honestly, if you're using the Deus 2, I'd skip it.

I bought a copy back when I used the D1 and read it. Some of the advice was good, specifically the suggested programs, but there's not a ton in the book that you can't get by reading the manual and experimenting in your own hunting conditions. The text was also filled with typos and could've used a copy editor's help to make it clearer.
