The last two outings netted a little more clad than usual. Found a pile of the golden dollars. A little bling. Will clean it and use it to buy gold nuggets at the prospectors meeting. A few wheaties, zip on silver. Did run into an older friend also detecting. He was 93. Another at 82. Can’t keep us ole codgers away.

Where I find the most dollar coins is around where the liquor stores are located and. There are nearby parks. They make change with the dollar coins and the clientele flop down and I guess loose them.
I am 82 and detect to strengthen my leg and back muscles to get me through the winters.😊

Interesting…most of the ones I find come from school yards and tot lots.
