I had a couple of nice finds that I thought I would post. These were made with the E-Trac and using the 8x6" coil. The coins were a Barber half $ 1912 and a Barber dime 1897. Here is a couple of pictures.

I was hunting with Ron " that's my brother" that day, I found four memorial Penny's and a couple clad dimes but I still had the thrill of watching that silver come out of the ground.
We Mark our hits with flags before we dig them, I was using my f6 and took a reading on this one target, I said it's showing a half dollar so it's probably junk because that's what most half dollars turn out to be but about four inches down out rolls this huge beautiful Barber half.
The Barber dime was actually inside a sand stone that had formed around it, we had the sand stone in our hands amd the PP kept showing this "rock" to be metal so Ron bust open the stone and there she was shining like the day she got lost.
