While examining the Equinox 600/800 manual, I found out that clicking on any part of the table of contents section takes me to that page. For instance, click on target tone and it takes you immediately to page 42. This is very handy and sure saves time scrolling to find the information. I wish all detector manuals worked like this.

Now the question: When changing from wireless headphone to wireless earbuds on the 800, is it as simple as holding the wireless button for two seconds and putting the earbuds in paring mode or do you have to do a factory reset?

I believe you can just pair the earbuds without effecting the wireless headphones.
I know two pair of headphones can be paired at the same time on the Equinox.
My thoughts are what you want to do is no different than pairing wireless headphones and the wireless remote so either can be used… but maybe not at the same time…not sure about that.
