A short hunt before the rain yesterday. I pulled my first ever Carson City dime at a trashy local fairground site! This was with the Manticore 8 coil. I am liking it so far but I believe most detectors would have found it. Approximately 6 to 7 inches down in a super trashy section near some horse stable barns. This is a 1850's to current fairgrounds, so I am hopeful that eventually more will surface. I just thought I would share being I haven't gotten out much lately.
