I was metal detecting at a state park on the ocean. I had a good day found three rings and one earring. The first ring I found was junk and then a little further down the beach. I found the engagement ring and wedding band set not 2 foot apart. I’ve said this before if you find a wedding band or an engagement ring, don’t be too quick to leave the area, you may have both. This was a cheap set that turned out to be 925 silver with the black on stone. Still for this time of year it’s pretty good fine , I’m ready for summer.

It is a nice ring, hard to come by this time of year. Had a pretty good winter and early spring hunting this year, hope for a great summer as the beaches are picking up.

Absolutely right - I also found an engagement ring and could tell it also had a guard, so went back to beach area several times over a month before I also found the guard. Another time, I also found a pair just a few feet apart!
