I have a pair of Black Widow headphones to trade for a similar condition pinpointer. I bought these from a fellow member and they were still factory packed. I have since bought a wireless detector-headphone and have no use for them. I have only tried them in the house with my previous detector. The pinpointer does not need to be new, but I would not want anything beat up or worn. These headphones work well for people with hearing loss.
