I bought this detector for my wife, and it works perfectly. I've been trying to get her something better than her Tesoro Cutlass II, since she is spending more time hunting our daughter's 20 acre, 125 y/o homestead. It would likely uncover many targets her Cutlass will never hear. But she does not like the weight. I tried shortening the shaft, since she it short. Nope, that didn't work. Tried changing the cuff position, as she complained about that too. Cannot make the distance between cuff and grip, short enough for her arm. The wireless phone connect and work fine (tried them in the house). She never even put them on.
