    I see… it is an unusually good amount of bullets to find. That was the only thing that threw me off… the lack of chalky patina. As I stated earlier, some show evidence of being fired… rifling marks although the bullets still retain their shape. Very nice finds!!!👍👍

As to the bullets, to me they look post civil war, but I am no expert. Is there history on any civil...

    Just curious.. how much depth difference over the Vaquero are you getting with similar sized coils… I assume you have the stock 9x8 coil on the Vaquero… or possible the more recent stock 8x11 coil?

    I have heard they the same electronics too and some folks installed a ground balance control on the Cibola. Some claimed it was deeper than the Vaquero after that

    I was not crazy about the appearance of the last two they released and never actually tried either one. Seemed like a repackage. Besides the Vaquero, I also like the Eldorado which it replaced.

    I still have a Vaquero too with both small coils that were offered. I like that it runs very quiet around old house sites until it gets over something good… very light too with those little coils!!
